Fall Festival at St. Giles

The Fall Festival at St. Giles has been an ongoing tradition since I was a little girl. It is fun to dress our own children up in costumes and let them have fun in the same gym that I ran around in many years ago! This year, Paxson wanted to be a lion and so we thought we'd dress Gracie Myers up as a lamb. Our friend, Lori, loaned us the lamb costume that she made for her son over 25 years ago. Uncle Wes and cousin Grant have also worn the same costume. Since we had Paxson's costume taken care of, I thought I'd try to make Gracie Myers lamb costume myself. Well....500 white pom poms later, she had a lamb costume, and Mommy had many finger pricks! We had a lot of fun and are thankful for our friends at St. Giles!

HK was worn out, we had all celebrated her 2nd birthday earlier that day!

Paxson was not in the picture taking mood...and he also didn't want to keep his headpiece on!

Cousin Meredith got to share some stage time with the magician!

Cousin Laney roasts marshmallows with GM.

Paxson digs around in the hay for some candy with the help of our friend Emma.

Paxson and Laney have fun playing a game together!
